American Home Patient
Respiratory and sleep product provider. Provider entity with significant experience in medical billing through government and commercial payers. Multi-site experience with over 200 locations throughout the United States. American Home Patient was successfully sold to Lincare.
Ally Pediatric
A regional behavioral health services company focused on treating and managing autism. This fast-growing company is currently active and expanding.
American Pathologoy Partners
A regional provider of laboratory and pathology services. Technical laboratory and physician services. Long-term partnerships with hospitals and physician groups. A strong concentration in Women's Health, molecular and COVID testing.
Guardian Home Health
Home care (non-medical), home health (medical), and hospice care provider with over 50 servicing locations. Strong relationships with referring physicans. Government, commercial, and direct-to-consumer billing.
Medical Metrics
Software as a service and clinical trials management business. Strong concentration in managing spine device trials. Partnerships with leading device companies with long-term contracts in support of FDA trials as well as post-approval marketing.
CHC Information Systems
Provider side healthcare IT systems -- laboratory, radiology, cardiology information systems, and PACS imaging systems. Software design, implementation services, and ongoing operational support. Primary customers were hospitals and imaging centers. CHC is now a part of Cerner.
