As a team, we've worked together on a few private equity-sponsored businesses. After growing the business and improving cash flows, we've managed the businesses through successful exits. We've grown organically and through M&A, we've streamlined operations and reduced costs, we've replaced IT systems and financial systems, and instituted quality and compliance programs. Now we'd like to help other companies do the same.
